I wanted to try some sushis after having their main course from the set dinner. Since I am a fan of anything with soft shell crab, nothing stopped me from ordering this It is wrapped with soft shell crab and lettuce in nori (seaweed) sheet, coated with ebikko (fish roe) then drizzled with mayonnaise sauce on top. The soft shell crab is freshly fried till crispy, not too oily and quite meaty. It went very well with the vinegar rice, which is a little moist than the usual sushis but I find it okay

It went very well with the vinegar rice, which is a little moist than the usual sushis but I find it okay as it is not to the extent of being mushy. Overall, it has a fresh taste, the lettuce leaves added some refreshing crunch. The ebikko made it taste even better, the savoury popping sensation is irresistable
