One word to describe Top Hat Restaurant " ROMANTIC". Yep, no exaggeration. You'll fall in love with it too as much as I did ^_^ The place is so classy, elegant and beautifully furnished.. in a really beautiful bungalow. Of course, being an upscale fine dining establishment do not expect the bill to come cheap. But heck.. if it's for birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other special occasions why not ? Of course, being an upscale fine dining establishment do not expect the bill to come cheap. But heck.. if it's for birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other special occasions why not ? Their food though expensive is really good though. My favorites are the Nasi Kemuli (comes with delicious sambal-curried chicken, prawns and other delicious side dishes) and the Prawn Aglio Olio. Really must go.. the place's really romantic and cosy
