An assortment of salad can be found on the salad section. This one here known as the snow fungus salad caught my attention. I think it is very creative to have white fungus as salad. I, of course have never tried or heard of it before. That's a good thing about eating buffet, i learned so mmany new dishes! The white fungus was mixed with some shredded cabbage and carrots and were soaked in the vinegratte. The white fungus was crunchy and the vinegratte was sweet and sourish.
