When my friend decided to have supper, I was like seriously against it though I was very hungry because I was afraid of getting fat and I wanted to keep fit. My friend said to just have dessert then so I agreed. We were supposed to go to Kuchai Lama Food Court for the soyabean dessert but we took the wrong turning and ended up in Kuchai Lama so I thought why not go to Sweet Desserts but my friend wanted to eat something a bit filling and savoury so Taipei Walker was chosen in the end. Walking into Taipei Walker gave me nostalgia as I recalled the times when I used to have late dinner at about 9pm after coming back from my thesis studies in Universiti Malaya in my last semester of university. I used to eat the fried Taiwanese rolls with chicken floss. I still recalled the oyster Mee Sua was not good or would I say terrible?

However, today we ordered the warm Herbal Jelly which was amazing for a heaty body. Every slurp is fantastic and cooling to the senses, very smooth and goes down the throat easily, even better than the grass jelly at Snowflake or some other shops which were not that soft and smooth. There were some soft items, like potatoes or something like it with soft beans. Perfect for my stomach which was in pain due to the late dinner and the gastritis I had.

The california rolled bread with ham and fish roe were creatively served in a champagne glass. It was smoking hot in the thin glass. It looks like fine dining at a low price of about RM 5.90 (If I was not mistaken).

The warm yam bubble milk tea with coconut jelly was not bad, considering this review comes from a non-yam eater like me.
