Dragon Town offers the Crispy Chicken as signature dish which require pre order before it can be served. The chicken dish is fried in such a way that the skin is extremely crunchy, but the white meat is relatively soft. The dish was served and it looked so glorious. I hadn’t had it for a long time, so I almost forgot what it tasted like. The chicken had golden fried skin, very crispy texture, and slightly sweet and spicy – garlicky taste. The difference is that this time around it was served drizzle with brown sauce which compliment the chicken. I find the price of RM 38 for this dish a bit pricey but if you're a chicken lover, I recommend that you should give it a try and have the whole dish to yourself.
