This is my first time patronizing Delectable by Su's shop. The shop is famous for its sugar crafted cakes, brownies, cookies, cupcakes, truffles and other sweet treats. I got myself one of their specialties, the Seven Sins of Chocolate. This sinful chocolate cake is actually a cake made up of 7 types of chocolate varieties. The 7 types are dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, cocoa powder, chocolate cream, chocolate ganache, chocolate cake and cocoa nibs. The cake is best eaten when it is cold and make sure to consume it within two days while it is still fresh.
Overall, I am really satisfed with this cake because it is full of chocolate goodness but not overly sweet as usualu, something that is so rich in chocolate would be very sweet. But this cake is not. Thumbs up.

The top layer of the cake which consisted of dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, cocoa powder and cocoa nibs. Very attractive presentation. My favourite is the dark chocolate chips and least favourite is the cocoa nbs because it is quite tasteless and hard.
The chocolate ganache and chocolate cream layer. When it is still cold, this layer of chocolate cream has a texture similar to ice cream. Very smooth and creamy.

The 3 distinguished layers of the cakeIf possible, try to eat all the layers of cakes together to get the best of it. I am sure all chocolate cake lovers out there will fall in love with this cake and those who are down will feel happier after consuming it....Yummy yummy....
