Scallop basically is something that we cook in porridge or soup. At here, their scallop is very big and thick. There are mushrooms in it. You might think that the mushroom taste will killed the scallop taste, actually it is not. The scallop here remains sweet and the mushroom remains sweet. It is best to eat them when they are still hot. Once it's cold, then not nice anymore.
