Sashimi a la carte as appetizer is always what I will do when I was in Japanese restaurant.It can be used as a way to know the quality of the chef in that particular restaurant. Umai-Ya in uptown was not so crowded during weekday around dinner time. So we went in for a dinner and order this sashimi ala carte.
