I did not expect this dish to appear on the menu of a Vietnamnese restaurant. I was in the mood for something salty and fragrant, so this dish was ordered. The prawns still have the shells on, which I find it a little difficult to eat, even slower eating process when the size of the prawn is small. For students who are rushing for classes, they might want to order something else. Aside from that, the salted egg yolk coating was pretty awesome.
