Reaching Mikan Japanese Restaurant during dinner time, I found the Japanese themed restaurant to be really comforable with lots of dining space.The first dish that arrived in front of me was the Salmon Skin Salad. The first dish that arrived in front of me was the Salmon Skin Salad. I was rather intrigued with this appetizer as I was told to ensure the skin gets crispy some preparations had to be done and left overnight. It tasted really good especially with the salad sauce. The texture of this dish was akin to eating fish crackers, except it was way lighter, and crispier, breaking to the touch.
