Rosti for breakfast

One morning I was in Mid Valley and needed a quick breakfast. I quickly went into Paddington's and just decided to have their breakfast rosti.The rosti was fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside - really nice woven texture, too. The egg was soft and juicy, and it came with very ordinary pumpkin soup and baked beans.All in all quite a satisfying breakfast.
