Ribeye. The ribeye was served alongside fries, corn, broccoli and tomato. We ordered medium-well and this dish came just nicely done. We noticed that if the restaurant is not packed, the chef will nicely grilled the steak to the done-ness that we prefer. This ribeye was tender and juicy, not tough at all. Although it does not have much marination, the beef just tasted nice by itself.
