When you are at this Shi Fu Wantan Mee Restaurant (师傅云吞面), one of the items in the menu you must not ignore, that is The World Spiciest Pan Mee (天下第一辣). The appearance of this wonderful meal does not look red in colour but in darker brown instead. It served with minced pork, fried anchovies and egg. I would not dare to risk my life to try a bowl. Just had one strand of the pan mee that was really made by day. I have 2 friends took up the challenge, one that showed motionless while the other sweating while eating. But both shared a common appearance that was both face turned red. Must be from the super hot and spicy effect.....

I played safe, I had my Dried Special Char Siew Shrimp Wantan Thin Mee. The portion was just good for one. Taste a bit plain, I put soya sauce to go with it. In terms of the mee and Char Siew, the taste were pretty normal to me. I like the most was the wantan dumplings. The size is certainly bigger than other wantan stalls outside as the shrimp size is big and gave the whole shrimp.
