Chinese tai chow dinner! One of my favourite styles of dinner. Deep fried ikan selah garnished with sauteed shredded ginger, diced chili padi and smoked garlic flakes. It's just a cheap fish, but man does it hit the spot! Salty, spicy, and fresh. Very "herby" tasting due to all the garlic, ginger and dried chilli.Kum heong pork belly - I think one of the best ways to cook pork belly. Spicy, salty, and the sauce is very nice when soaked up by the rice!
