as you have or haven’t known the boyfie loves Japanese cuisine! one day his colleague brought him to this Hokkaido Ramen Santouka and he loved it and promised to bring me there! and so he did! we bought some macarons before heading here.Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is situated at the 6th floor of Pavilion KL, in Tokyo Street.love that they have these cutie miniature models at the entrance, giving you an idea of each dish and its price. it’s like a 3D menu! and i am happy to say that, what you see is
premium pork cheek pao with special sauce
tender slice of meat sandwiched between some green and special white sauce and enveloped by soft pao. the meat melted in our mouths and the sauce was not overpowering at all… Shoyu Ramen | RM 25 (Regular)
ramen in soy sauce-flavoured broth topped with cha shu, nori, fish cake thingy, strips of bamboo shoots and sesame seeds. mee was springy! doi-doi feel, 爽口 just the way i likey! the broth was slightly salty, well of course it’s soy sauce-based broth…but the boyfie enjoyed berry muchy! Kara-Miso Ramen | RM 27 (regular)
similar bowl of ramen but replaced with spicy soy bean paste broth! i prefer mine! slightly spicy… suited my taste bud perfectly! the broth was as flavourful too! hmmm…
