The sweet potato was deeply fried at first and then the starchy and gravy thick brown sauce was cooked separately, continue by pouring them onto the crispy sweet potatoes. Once they served you with this dish, you can quickly taste the crispy style of the potatoes, it was great. After some time, the potatoes will be soften but, they were still very tasty as the sauce was absorbed in it.
