Prawns thermidor and salmon steak. The dish came with salad, corn cob and wedges. The prawns thermidor was baked to golden brown. Although it looked dark in color but it was juicy and springy. I love the taste of it. The Norwegian salmon steak was grilled and topped with mango and tomato cilantro. The salmon looked small but it was a thick piece. My dining partner enjoyed this.
