This is essentially Esquire Kitchen's signature dish- Tong Po Meat, best to have with the chinese flower rolls. The meat came in a soup pot, filled with black soup cum gravy and the sinful pork. The meat has a thick layer of fat and at the same time lean meat. They taste wonderfully tender, just one touch with the chopstick and the meat will 'slice' easily. The soup has a fragrant aroma, best dipped with some freshly steamed 'fa kuen' (chinese flower rolls), similar to mantou but much fluffier
