I find the food at Souled out quite average on the few occasions that I went there. It serves fusion food but has a good selection of drinks at night making it quite a popular place.This time I tried their poached fish. I really like fish as the flesh was not flaky or dry. It was still sufficiently moist and there was a garnishing of sliced carrot strips and pine nuts served with white rice. Really enjoyed the taste of the garnishing which was flavored from the nuts.
