This Italian-influenced meal consists of breaded-chicken breast, that is deep fried and then covered with some cheese and BBQ sauce in this case. The skin at the outside is very crispy, though I think it’s bit over-fried. The meat within is kept juicy and tender still. When enjoying it, it’s best to incorporate it with the cheesy-BBQ topping on the top for some kick of the smokiness, which otherwise, could be tad dry. Nevertheless, I think it’s a pretty decent dish that comes with thick-cut and soft fries, my favourite! Yummy!
