This is one of the longest operated Pan Mee stall over here at Taman Miharja. This bowl of noodle is still considered quite a lot, even you ask for a smaller preference, hehe. The soup is clear with some light flovour from the boiled poultry bones I believed. There are also some Chinese chives added along with fried anchovies and sliced black fungus. They make a good companion as the anchovies are fried till crispy and the black fungus are chewy too. As for the noodles, they are springy for they are only blanched with hot water till al dente, and best eaten with the in house chilly paste, else would be bit plain. Besides, the dish is further zest up with some scoops of marinated minced meat, which has helped to enhance the flavor overall.
