The lightly and crispily fried biscuit cup by Tranquerah is much more pretty as it’s made with a floral shape on the top, with a decent hollow space to be filled up with the tangy ingredients. We are lucky enough to have the chef to demonstrate to us how to make our own Pai Tee properly, hehe. There are ingredients like boiled turnips, chopped omelets, chllies, scallions and its special dipping sauce. The snack is really crispy and addictive, even ladies could easily clean up at least 2 cups!
