This dish comes with chicken, egg and sliced onions served with rice in a bento box. Seaweed is generously sprinkled on top as garnish and boiled egg poured over it just before serving, the rice texture is further enhanced before the egg is cooked. I find the chicken marinate is quite delicious and it makes the combination very appetizing. The ingredients were stir fried so it was not oily and its a good choice for people who are not into oily food.
