Of course, from their name, you can knew that their speciality would be Hokkien Mee.Fried Tang HoonThe fried tang hoon was dry. It was fully flavoured with those "wok hei". The tang hoon was springy. It was cooked with thick soy sauce and some chicken breast meat are added in it too. Surprisingly, the chicken breast meat was not rough but it was soft and smooth too. Nice dish to try out
