This mixed rice with assorted vegetables are served in hot stone bowl to ensure a thorough cooking later. The dolsot bibimbap here is more to vegan style as I see the bed of fresh greens topping the bowl, hehe. Nonetheless, it’s equally nice compared to meaty variants, as the ingredients added are flavorful and proportionately. Likewise, the gochujang paste need to be poured in adequately and make a quick stir before the rice grains got burnt by the side.
