Located just outside Popular book shop at One Utama old wing, so you can see the crowd queuing to buy this famous milk tea originate from Taiwan if i'm not mistaken. My favorite here is roasted milk tea, the milk tea smell very nice and you can tell how many percent of sugar you want them to add. You could also ask them to put less ice.
