One of the recommended dishes here is the Mantis Prawn with Salted Egg. The prawns are breaded before being deep fried and served with fried egg strips and curry leaves. There were small pieces salted egg yolks too and it really combines the ingredients together.The prawns tasted crunchy and well marinated to give it lots of flavour. The egg strips, curry leaves and salted egg yolks gave it an extra kick which made it really unique. I would prefer the prawn to be cut a little bit bigger for

I would prefer the prawn to be cut a little bit bigger for good sized mouthful. Due to most of the ingredients being deep fried, it was a bit oily but the taste really made up for it. Worth a try.
