Hui Lau Shan is newly opened in Tropicana City Mall. The area was not spacious, which makes it not very comfortable. My friend and I ordered mango carnival to share since we just had our dinner. You can choose 3 types of dessert for this mango carnival. We chose mango pancake, mini chocolate crisp and mango chewy ball. You can choose 3 types of dessert for this mango carnival. We chose mango pancake, mini chocolate crisp and mango chewy ball. Mango pancake was not to my liking because the mango purée and cream were not cold. The mini chocolate crisp was quite special, the texture taste like ice cream but it was chocolate cream. Mango chewy balls was their signature dessert, the mango purée was fragrant.
