And so, for this reason, the friendly auntie suggested me to get the cold buns so I can steam it up later on. So I heed her advice and get it done. The bun after being steamed for barely 10 minutes, is back to its squashy texture and fluffily delectable. Creamy lotus paste wrapped within is smooth and not too sweet. But of course, if you are very cautious, then you better stick to the red bean bun instead. For me, this cutesy roundish pau makes a whole lot more healthy snack than the many lotus mooncakes I had recently, so thumbs up! Guess now I start to crave for some peach-shaped pinkish pau that also comes with the lotus paste
