Lo baak gou is basically turnip cake itself. it consisted of shredded daikon radish and is mixed with rice flour. I really liked having this for my dimsum brunch meals because this lo bak gou itself is already quite filling on its own, and when warmly served, the crust is crispy and the texture is chewy as well.
