Roast chicken here is reminiscent of the one that is served at Kenny Rogers Roasters, but better. Chicken is equally tender, peppery, and bathed in starchy mushroom sauce, but it is the side dishes that make the difference. Coleslaw tastes fresh and hearty, while mash is silken and creamy.
