Li Yen Restaurant is famous in serving chinese cuisine in Ritz Carlton Hotel, Bukit Bintang. During mid autumn festival, I bought their famous Moet & Chandon Mini Ping Pei and Moet & Chandon Rose Imperial Mini Ping Pei.When I cut the first slice out, the champagne spilled out. It was like "Ouch!" The Rose flavour was richly wrapped in the snowskin. And the further bite can feel out the Moet & Chandon Champagne. The Mini Ping Pei was very soft and not overly sweet
