i always believed that to enjoy true Indian food, you need to go to an Indian restauranthowever the chef at tonka bean created a tasty lamb masala and a nice and warm chapati bread to go with itof course they had other common curry dishes to go with the chapati but using lamb for the masala was indeed a fusion twist of western influence and Indian cookingthis is because they usually go for mutton insteadthe masala was very fragrant but not too spicy, i suppose it is to cater to the foreign touri

of course they had other common curry dishes to go with the chapati but using lamb for the masala was indeed a fusion twist of western influence and Indian cooking
this is because they usually go for mutton instead
the masala was very fragrant but not too spicy, i suppose it is to cater to the foreign tourists who stay at the hotel
