Lamb Mandy. As compared to the Kabsah rice, the Mandy rice contributed more color to its presentation. The arab rice is made up of different shades of yellow ranging from pale to yellow and to orange. The rice was very flavourful and it was soft. The rice does not stick together. The lamb mandy was really tender and it has strong taste of lamb. Eaten together with dipping sauce, it tasted great.
