Deciding where to eat in 1 Utama can be difficult for sometime, especially when there is a lot of choice under one roof. All of sudden i heard a man shouting as i walk pass shops in Isetan food paradise, at first i though someone is fighting ?! after a closer look, i realize that it is the chef in this Ramen shop shouting as a preparing Ramen. Now they got my attention and i like to find out more, which i gladly went in to try out the ramen prepared here. They do accept Credit card for any amoun
They do accept Credit card for any amount and Isetan Member card to collect points which i find it good to practice, people do not bring a lot of cash out now, and customer get to collect point in their spending is a plus point for me to revisit this shop again.
The ordering system here is that, you pay before you get to dine. This system is not common in modern restaurant management, usually we dine in first and pay later, isn't it? That is not a turn off point for me, but i rather dine in first and pay later, it is a better service flow for me. There isn't much variety here, choices are Ramen, Dumpling and rice. After seeing the chef shouting as he prepare the Ramen, it only make complete sense for me to order their Ramen.
The staff here is helpful in helping out with orders, good in recommending dishes to the customer who came here for the first time. And after seated down, you can be serve with drinks in less than 5 minute, that is very efficient of them And the crew is very friendly, including the chef themselves which regularly greed / welcome customers as they came in and out of the shop.
The shop is very well maintained, with crew member cleaning up plate once customer had left the restaurant and done with their meal, there is no wet surface on the table, the one we usually see right after crew member clean the table with wet cloth. This one don't have, it is clean and pleasant environment.
Now wonder how the chef shouted as he prepared the Ramen, watch this video
