Enough with Oriental and Western cuisine, am finally coming back again for my all-time-favorite, that is none other than Korean cuisine! Being a frequent fan of Bibimbap, thus this time round decided to try out their other local delights.And there you go, Kimchi Jeon- prepared wholeheartedly with just the right quantity of oil. That’s important to me, hehe…. Otherwise, too oily food would practically turn me off.
While eating this slightly spicy pancake, best if paired with some refreshing juice such as the Korean Aloe Vera drink. It came welcomingly especially on a bright sunny day.
And of course some desert to end on a sweet note. Ko Hyang’s Snow Ice is definitely one of its kind and stands out from those overhypes nowadays.
The snow ice is topped with jelly, red bean and star-of-all hallmark; Korean Powdered Oats! I really really really love it very much! Aside from its nutritional values which Korean upholds all the time, the texture is so smooth that it practically melts in your mouth and left an aromatic aftertaste. It resembles walnut powders taste, to put it in a simple way.Before you left the restaurant feeling fully satisfied, do remember to thank you for their hospitality by saying “Jal mugut seumnida “ or just a simple “Kamsahamnida” ^_^
