As my boyfriend wanted to eat Korean Food
especially Bibimbap. I Google for a good restaurant that serves a delicious
Bibimbap and Mr.Google recommends KimchiHaru therefore I went to their official
website to have a glance at the menu and I was satisfied by the choices available
at KimchiHaru so we went there for dinner. KimchiHaru is located at Jaya One.
They have an extensive menu like noodles, bibimbap, Soups, beverages and set.
Couple of people occupied the restaurant when we arrived; as it is already 9pm
(Too late for dinner and it is almost their closing time). The ambiance of the
restaurant was okay as they have a very strong chlorine smell that makes us
uncomfortable to dine-in. I ordered Cheese Noodle Topokki, Pork Gochujang
Jigae, Bulgoki Bibimbap, Plum Cider and Korean Tea. Plum Cider was delicious and I became an instant fan of it.
Plum Cider @ RM 5.40 Korean Tea was okay.
Korean Tea (ICE) @ RM 2 Kimchi is on the house (unlimited refills). Kimchi was fresh and good. Banchan are okay and it is not unlimited refills. They have ala-carte and set option for the foods. Set includes of 3 types of Banchan at additional price. It was the first time we are trying Cheese Noodle Topokki but it was super yummy. I loved it.
Cheese Noodle Topokki @ RM 15.90 Bulgoki Bibimbap is served with a bowl of white rice topped with fried egg, carrot, chicken and gochujang. It tasted delicious and served in a big portion but I like my Bibimbap served in a sizzling plate with poached eggs.
Bulgoki Bibimbap @ RM 15.20 Gochujang Jigae tasted good and spicy but I was surprised to see potatoes in my soup.
Pork Gochujiang Jiggae @ RM 13 It was good dinner for us. The foods are good, big portion, friendly service, and reasonable price.
