Today im trying the Lor Mee from Kim Lian Kee (wanna try something new instead of their signature hokian mee).It is kind of different from the Lor Mee from Penang. The noodles is thick (looks like udon) and chewy. The gravy is thick and concentrated, due to the egg starch in it. Taste good and it comes in a very huge portion (Enough for two) even i order the small size of the lor mee. You can try to add some of their homemade sambal paste to give some spicy taste to the noodles.
