Kelp soupOne of the few Korean eatery that serves kelp soup and it’s delicious, is none other than Oiso. I have always enjoyed seaweed and kelps, even with my own simple recipe at the kitchen. The soup prepared by Oiso is indeed flavorsome with richness of oceanic sweetness and the sapidness of the kelps. This type of seaweed is also very rich in nutrients like iron, collagen and et cetera, giving it more reason to be part of your diet. Awesome!
