One of the significant item that I could notice in Japanese curry as compare to ours locally is, they are more into the spices aroma rather the hot spiciness of the chillies itself. Another dish worth trying is the Katsu Curry Rice. This ala carte is dished out with gorgeous piece of deep fried pork cutlet with Japanese curry. One of the significant item that I could notice in Japanese curry as compare to ours locally is, they are more into the spices aroma rather the hot spiciness of the chillies itself. The curry gravy is really smooth and fragrantly eaten with softened potatoes cubes and carrots that are also cooked in it earlier on. When the toothsome gravy is added on the crispy pork fillet, it offers diners a different kind of taste bud sensation, which are equally good when added with some mayonnaise! (That’s my two cents, btw! )
