Pao Xiang Bak Kut Teh prides themselves with string-tied meat, which essential meant all the goodness and juices of the meat is contained inside while it is being stewed. Father-in-law ordered the Ka Chark, which is essential the pig's trotters. There were still bits of string attached to the meat, but it was easily removed.
