Claimed to be made fresh just before the bread is being sold, this bread stall starts operating in the evening hours. This type is Sambal Ikan Bilis Bun (Anchovies in Spicy Chili Gravy), the bun itself is soft and sprinkled with some sesame seed; the bread sambal filling has a strong flavor of spiciness, with anchovies and onion slices. It would be better if the anchovies are stir fried before cooked so that would be crunchier.
