I have probably said this before several times but I will say it again - I really really love Hong Kong food. Whether it is authentic or not is subjective however it doesn't make me like the food any less.Kim Gary's has been a family favourite, especially the one in Sungai Wang plaza since we shop there almost every week at one point. Our go-to place for brunch or lunch will always be Kim Gary's because they offer many different kinds of set lunch that comes with a soup and drink which is super
Kim Gary's has been a family favourite, especially the one in Sungai Wang plaza since we shop there almost every week at one point. Our go-to place for brunch or lunch will always be Kim Gary's because they offer many different kinds of set lunch that comes with a soup and drink which is super affordable. However I haven't been there in a while and when I got the chance, it was my number one suggestion.

However things seems to no longer be the same now as it was only mediocre at best and the egg was overly cooked which means no nicely runny yolk to coat the hot rice. Safe to say I was quite disappointed with my used to be favourite dish.

After this experience, I probably feel a little disappointed with Kim Gary's standards as it feels as if it had dropped slightly. However I do have hopes that other branches would be bette and other dishes would taste better than my usual.
