The chicken was so aromatic and it was steamed to perfection. The chicken was in slices as you cut it. I find the serving quite generous and it was well infused with herbs. Quite a different and unique dish for us.There were wolfberries, angelica root, red dates and yok chuk used to cook this. Its extremely healthy as it is loaded with all the homecook goodness.
