Thirdwave's Hanako Hotcakes filled with vanilla custard and made with premium matcha powder from Kyoto. It's paired with strawberry compote and matcha ice-cream.We also had a matcha latte to wash it all down afterwards.Wished that the ice cream would be a bit colder and the matcha flavours of the hotcake would be richer.
