Final dish arrived, Braised Pork Belly with Yam, small portion cost RM29.00 and large portion cost RM52.00 before tax. It served with sliced cucumbers and baby tomato. Love the taste. Done it very well. The pork belly and yam were both braised so well that the gravy was completely absorbed into it. The pork belly was first roasted before it was braised with the yam that made it more delectable. brilliant!
