Whenever I visit a chinese restaurant, my friend or family usually would order steamed fish but this time round, since there is a recommendation, we opt for the grilled fish. I can't remember the name of the fish but this had to be an awesome grilled fish. It is grilled until slightly burnt on the skin thus creating a crispy layer where the meat inside is fresh and smooth. There were also various type of sauce (mostly spicy) provided to go along with but I'm just happy to have mine the original
