Glutinous rice ball with lotus. Since I was not up to sweet chocolate rice ball that day, I took the alternative lotus version. The glutinous rice ball was simmered in the soya broth. The soya was not too sweet even though I added brown sugar in it. The glutinous rice ball was soft and chewy, but the lotus fillings were a bit too hard. The lotus fillings were not too sweet.
