Fu Chuk dessert. Tong Pak Fu version of fu chuk dessert came with gingko nut ("bak gor") and glutinous rice ball ("tong yuen"). The addition of tong yuen was unique as this was the first time I tried this combination. The tong yuen was the normal with no fillings inside, it just added some chewy texture to the fu chuk dessert. The bak gor was soft. Overall the dessert was not too thick for my liking.
