Went to Zipangu and tried their fruit sushi which was really fruit pieces on sushi rice. Quaint idea and very creative, looks good too.I tried the strawberry, mango and lychee ones. Strawberry on rice makes an odd but strangely good combination, sweet and tasting the aromatic rice as well and sourish on some strawberries. Worth trying.While the mango and lychee versions is my favourite as the mango was sweet and fresh and juice from the fruit flows and mixes with the rice which sticks togethe

While the mango and lychee versions is my favourite as the mango was sweet and fresh and juice from the fruit flows and mixes with the rice which sticks together which has nice texture. Lychee was crispy and mixed with the sushi brings dining experience to a new level.
